How Does it Work?

Monthly meetings

  • The meetings are 2 hours long, based online using Zoom. Aimed to fit in with your busy schedule and typically finished before 11am to incorporate into the rest of your day.
  • The agenda will be shaped by your needs. Opportunity exists to bring challenges for discussion and glean insights. For example, searching for a new system or going through an implementation? Let's examine.
  • Listen to know-how and share learning on topics that are common and relevant. These may be finance related or involve other disciplines. Expert knowldegde from outside the Group can be introduced if required eg HR issues, IT security.  

 

Your commitment

  • Your level of engagement with the rest of the Group will significantly determine the benefit you receive from membership.
  • Relationships take time and effort to create so contribution is a vital element. Involvement and participation will ensure you realise the maximum from this environment.
  • You can start with just a 3 month commitment, and see if this format works for you.
  • In all likelyhood, a 12 month membership is a more realistic time to forge those close relationships and fully consolidate the learning material. 
  • After the initial 3 months, rolling terms apply, cancellation is 1 months notice

  • Important and increasingly essential attributes such as mindset and strengthening rapport are a key feature of the learning material.
  • Heightening self-awareness and cultivating resilience will undoubtedly improve your personal performance.
  • Individual coaching supports this process, with access to a one-to-one session on a quarterly basis assuming continued membership.
  • Group size is limited to 12 participants, enabling you to meet others in a timely manner and quickly build productive connections.
